The directory is the industry's first to provide a rating tool that allows wholesale buyers to post and read reviews about specific vendors in over 30 wholesale-related categories. The directory further places goWholesale as the industry's largest vertical search engine for the wholesale community with targeted content such as Web results, business blogs, news, and wholesale auctions.
In the United States, over 60% of small businesses use search engines to source products and services. The directory provides these users the security of knowing that the vendors are verified, a chance to read posted reviews and ratings, and contact information for each vendor.
After transacting with a vendor, users are able to post reviews and rate the vendor based on Customer Service, Price, Quality, and Overall satisfaction. This provides the goWholesale community of users with information to make educated decisions for selecting sources of inventory.
