Amazon sellers may receive questions from buyers about shipping information displayed in buyers' "Your Account" pages. An announcement on Amazon's seller discussion board said the company is "experiencing an issue" that affects the display of Marketplace orders in buyers' account pages.
"Buyers may see that their Marketplace orders have not yet shipped when viewing orders in Your Account, and they may see different estimated delivery dates when viewing different pages within Your Account," the announcement stated. Amazon expects resolution by the end of the week, and recommended sellers ask buyers to contact Amazon directly with questions by going to http://www.amazon.com/contact-us.
