Online auction site QXL is running a free-listing promotion the weekend of July 23-24. Sellers will pay no basic listing fees, but other fees including commission fees apply (see regular fees here: http://www.qxl.co.uk/contents/uk/qxl/help/qxl_cost.htm). See Website for details and restrictions. All users must activate their seller code before they can start selling on QXL.com, which says it will run additional free-listing promotions in the future.
