Online auction site Bid4Assets is developing a new listing tool that will allow sellers to create, duplicate and upload a large number of auctions from a simple desktop application, and set them live on the site at any time.
Bid4Assets is developing the listing tool, code-named "UltraLister," to handle several large upcoming sellers in addition to its existing private and government sellers.
In a single page, sellers can insert HTML or create an auction via Ultralister's auction designer and can use other options, including picture upload, choosing a category, financial terms, settlement terms and additional marketing services. Sellers can also import data from an existing spreadsheet for faster uploading.
Bid4Assets will make UltraLister and its recently launched EZ Lister available to all sellers as it looks to expand their stake in the upscale online auction marketplace.
"This tool will help us serve clients who are looking to list hundreds of assets in a short period of time. It will also be very handy for mid-range sellers who are looking to list their auctions quickly and efficiently," says Jenny Lynch, VP of Corporate-Communications for Bid4Assets. UltraLister is currently undergoing beta testing and is scheduled to be released this fall.
