"Strong Medicine" star Rick Schroder will auction off more than two dozen furniture items ranging from contemporary chairs to 19th century antiques such as an Italian rococo style walnut and caned settee, as well as a French polychrome repoussee morbier clock.
Proceeds from the Rick Schroder Auction will benefit Childhelp USA (www.childhelpusa.org), which exists to meet the physical, emotional, educational and spiritual needs of abused and neglected children by focusing efforts in the areas of treatment, prevention and research. Schroder is a 20-year veteran TV icon and movie star, starring in such projects as "Silver Spoons."
The charity auction will take place on Pass It On and began August 15, 2005. Pass It On is a 501(c)(3) charity with a mission to perpetuate a cycle of blessing by maintaining an online auction whose proceeds benefit children's charities, medical research, patient support programs and other community outreach and animal welfare organizations.
