eBay Australia announced PayPal has lowered fees for Australian sellers as of August 19. The fixed-fee portion of the receiving fee for all pricing tiers has dropped from 40 cents to 30 cents, and PayPal has introduced lower pricing for high-volume customers as low as 1.1 percent.
