By Ina Steiner

eBay is making changes to the fee structure to the UK and Ireland sites effective September 29, 2005. On eBay.co.uk, the maximum insertion fee for Multiple Item (Dutch) Auction and Fixed-Price listings will be changing from 2 pounds to 3 pounds (including VAT). And adding a Buy It Now option to auctions will change from a flat fee of 6 pence to a tiered fee structure ranging from 5 pence to 25 pence.

On eBay.ie, the maximum insertion fee for Multiple Item listings will go from 3 Euros to 4.50 Euro (including VAT). Adding a Buy It Now option to auctions will change from a flat fee of .10 Euros to a tiered fee structure ranging from .10 Euros to .30 Euros. Final Value Fees are unaffected by these changes.

eBay is also changing Motors Picture Services fees for eBay.co.uk and eBay.ie and eBay.com.au. See website for details.
