Overstock Auctions has created a program to recognize sellers with good ratings. The Loyalty Leaders program will display an icon next to the Overstock repeat ratings score on sellers homepages and item detail pages.
A seller automatically becomes a Loyalty Leader when he or she has met the following criteria:
Minimum number of items sold = 20 or more
Minimum number of buyers = 10 or more
Minimum Repeat Rating % = 50% or greater
Minimum Positive Rating = 90% or greater
Overstock said it would develop marketing and promotions around the concept of Loyalty Leaders to further facilitate their success.
