eBay posted it was having issues with My eBay (members' account area) and Selling Manager (eBay's listing tool). The problems affected some users who were trying to see items under Buying or Selling within their My eBay area or through eBay's Selling Manager and Selling Manager Pro.
The problems first occurred on Monday from 10:25AM PT to 12:47PM PT, according to eBay posts. The problems resurfaced twice on Tuesday, from 11:20AM PT to 11:48M PT, and from 12:19PM to 12:48PM PT. eBay said the problems have been resolved.
eBay's online payment subsidiary PayPal has been having problems with debit card transactions due to its third-party processor. Those problems started before Labor Day and have been ongoing (http://auctionbytes.com/cab/abn/y05/m09/i20/s01).
