Marketworks, a multi-channel ecommerce solution provider, announced the integration of major comparison shopping sites Shopzilla (formerly BizRate.com) and NexTag with its sales management platform. These sites round out a comprehensive selection of shopping channels to which more than 4,000 Marketworks customers can automatically feed product information.

Through Marketworks' channel feeds, online sellers have instant reach to the leading shopping sites in the U.S., including Shopping.com, Shopzilla, Froogle, Yahoo, Shopping, and NexTag. In the UK, Marketworks sellers can market via Froogle, Shopping.com, and Kelkoo. Marketworks' integration enables sellers to seamlessly feed sets of inventory, defined by the seller, to their shopping sites of choice. No data entry is required for products, as they are stored in Marketworks' inventory system.

The access to Shopzilla and NexTag will enable Marketworks sellers to reach millions of additional shoppers. Both sites are offering special introductory credits for accounts set up by Marketworks sellers. Marketworks customers pay no incremental fee to Marketworks for channel feed functionality and pay shopping comparison sites per-click costs for the resulting traffic.

"The addition of Shopzilla and NexTag to our list of shopping comparison sites is helping drive more demand for our customers," said Paul Lundy, Marketworks Chief Marketing Officer.

Marketworks customers sell merchandise in high volume on multiple online channels, including eBay, Overstock.com Auctions and their own websites. With the Marketworks ecommerce software solution, these merchants can manage and automate core processes such as inventory management, check out, order management and customer communications.
