gNumber has launched a promotional campaign designed to attract more subscribers to its UnWired Buyer bidding service. eBay customers who use UnWired Buyer to win any auction featuring a black 4GB iPod nano listed in the UnWired Buyer store will receive a $50 eBay gift certificate.

UnWired Buyer works by placing a phone call to the user to update him or her in the last minutes of an eBay auction and allowing the user to place new bids on items using an interactive voice response system.

The promotional campaign runs through November 30, but may be extended. gNumber hopes to run similar promotions in the future with other desirable items.
