At least some eBay sellers appear to be experiencing problems printing USPS shipping labels purchased through PayPal. A reader alerted AuctionBytes to the problem after he paid for a shipping label on Monday but was unable to print the label. A PayPal spokesperson said she would look into the matter but has not followed-up by press time. Several threads on the eBay discussion boards indicate the problem may have been occurring intermittently since mid-September.
