Sellers Want Missing Data from eBay Traffic Reports
By Ina Steiner

Sellers are complaining there has been a problem with eBay Traffic Reports for the past 2 weeks. These reports tell sellers how many users are visiting their eBay Stores and when, and how they are finding the sellers' store listings. Sellers use the data in these reports to help them measure the effectiveness of their listing and marketing techniques. Omniture powers the reports, and on October 31 an eBay moderator blamed the problems on Omniture, calling it a "latency problem on their servers." There's been no announcement of the problem on the eBay Announcement Board.
