DoveBid Inc., a leading global provider of capital asset auction, valuation and managed services, appointed Giuseppe Corti Senior Vice President, Europe. Corti brings over a decade of European leadership experience, most recently as Managing Director of Southern Europe for NEC computers, where he managed the Packard Bell brand for the Consumer market and the NEC brand for the Enterprise market. He brings experience managing a business generating sales in excess of EUR 100 million annually. Prior to NEC he held a number of sales and marketing positions at Amstrad in the Consumer Electronics and IT Products divisions.

DoveBid CEO Brent Cohen said, "An important aspect of our strategic plan is to grow our organization to better position the company for future growth. We are adding to our team in Europe in support of the company's growth plans.
