eBay is holding a 10-cent listing day on Tuesday, December 27, 2005. During the 1-day promotion, auction and fixed-price listings will cost 10 cents to list. eBay Motors Parts & Accessories are also included, as is eBay Canada (eBay.ca). All other fees apply, see website for details and restrictions.
The promotion announcement came Monday evening from eBay's North American President Bill Cobb, who said the promotion is being sponsored by Skype, the VoIP service recently acquired by eBay.
"Of course, you don't have to use Skype to participate in this promotion," Cobb stated in the announcement. "But if you haven't tried it yet, I encourage you to get a free download. Try it with your friends and family to stay in touch over the holidays."
eBay UK is holding a 5-pence listing day on Thursday.
