eBay developer Marketworks has hired a new Vice President of Technology, Rob Vance. Marketworks offers marketplace management tools to eBay and online sellers with offices in the U.S., UK, Germany and Australia. Vance most recently served as vice president of technology at Healthprolink, where he managed operations and staff from project concept to full production release and revenue generation. Vance will be responsible for building upon Marketworks' existing services and driving new technology programs. Vance has held senior roles in two other successful technology companies, Speakeasy, Inc and AOL. Marketworks hired a new CEO, Ken Powell, in the fall.
