Some users of eBay-owned PayPal had trouble logging into the online payment site on Wednesday. eBay posted an announcement on its Systems Announcement board that members may have been unable to access PayPal from 11:47 AM to 12:18 PM PT. eBay said site access has been restored, but members are unable to view their recent history from their My Account > Overview page in PayPal. However, all of the transaction information is available through the History tab.
