Court Dismisses Yahoo Lawsuit over French Nazi-Auction Fine

The Associated Press reports that a federal appeals court dismissed a Yahoo Inc. lawsuit that attempted to shield the company from paying a fine of about $15 million to a Paris court for displaying Nazi memorabilia for sale in violation of French law.
