Oodle, a search engine for local classifieds, said it is rapidly expanding its real estate partnerships and now has one of the nation’s largest index of housing listings in the 102 markets it serves, with more than 1.5 million housing listings including Multiple Listing Service (MLS), for sale by owner (FSBO) and foreclosure listings. Oodle aggregates listings from brokers such as ZipRealty, real estate marketing companies like Z57 and FSBO sites such as Forsalebyowner.com.
In California, Oodle has recently been testing new indexing technology that compiles listings directly from thousands of agent sites. Oodle enables consumers to search listings from many types of sources including MLS, FSBO and foreclosures and to search everything from mobile to multi-family homes.
