eBay posted a transcript of its January 26, 2006 "Town Hall" event. The online audio event was streamed so attendees could listen through the Internet. In the January event, eBay staff answered questions posed by members of eBay's Voices program as well as questions submitted by eBay users ahead of time.
The panel of eBay staff included Bill Cobb, President of eBay North America, Matt Halprin, Vice President of Global Policy Management; Wendy Jones, Vice President of Customer Support; Jamie Iannone, Head of Product Marketing; and Bill Onderdonk, the Senior Director of Global Marketplaces for PayPal. eBay has made available a written transcript and an audio file online.
