Truition announced it has launched ecommerce sites for more than 20 new customers over a 90-day period including eBay seller Portero and Toshiba, Philips Electronics and British Airways. Truition's Commerce Management System (CMS) enables businesses to outsource key elements of their ecommerce operations and enables them to establish and manage online stores, auction sites, loyalty sites and distribution to third party marketplaces, all from a single On Demand platform.
"Truition quickly became the obvious choice when we went in search of a new ecommerce platform," said Yossi Beinart, Chief Technology Officer for Portero, a New York -based business specializing in the online sale of luxury goods on eBay. "Truition's enterprise-level ecommerce technology enables us to provide our customers with a unique online buying experience in an On Demand environment, resulting in increased revenue and overall profitability."
Truition said its success in securing new retail ecommerce business extends to its U.K. and German-based divisions. Recent additions to Truition U.K.'s client roster include Mopodo, British Airways and Toshiba, while new German clients include Brio and T-Online.
