Marketworks announced its new Order Management System that enables eBay sellers and online merchants to automate order processing. The new system allows for large order volumes with minimal staff by automating functions across a seller's entire workflow, such as customer email notifications, creation of pick-and-pack lists, and payment and order tracking.
In addition, Marketworks said sellers can dramatically cut time and costs of shipping with ShipWorks, an integrated solution that Marketworks offers through its partner, Interapptive. ShipWorks instantly passes data to leading shipping solutions and includes built-in UPS Online Tools. This integration allows Marketworks sellers to easily print shipping labels and postage and create professional invoices without the time-consuming process of downloading, editing and uploading files.
