Amazon posted on its seller announcement board that it is experiencing an issue with some "Sold, ship now" email messages. These emails are messages Amazon sends to third-party sellers after it completes payment processing so sellers know when to ship orders. Amazon encourages sellers not to rely exclusively on email for order notification and recommends they check their Manage Your Orders account regularly. Amazon said the email problem is not impacting customers' ability to place orders on the site.
