eBay has released version 6.1 of its ProStores Web storefront solution. New features include enhanced set-up, expanded design capabilities and further eBay integration. The service charges commission fees as well as subscription fees starting at $6.95 per month for the Express tier.
Chris Tsakalakis, senior director of advanced solutions for eBay Inc., said "ProStores 6.1 makes it easier for sellers to start and design a professional and successful online storefront." ProStores became an eBay company in November 2004, following eBay's acquisition of Kurant's StoreSense technology.
