eBay announced Monday it is discontinuing the eBay Anything Points program on the Canadian eBay site (www.ebay.ca). The program was discontinued in the U.S. last July (http://auctionbytes.com/cab/abn/y05/m07/i19/s02).

Canadian members will have until May 31, 2006, to earn eBay Anything Points, and can redeem Points until November 30, 2006. All Points that have not been used by November 30, 2006 will become invalid. For members with eBay Anything Points credit cards, MBNA will replace those cards with a non-eBay credit card upon expiration of the card or June 30, 2006, whichever comes first.
