PayPal launched a stand-alone UK credit card with finance provider GE Money. The PayPal Mastercard comes with a six month 0% p.a. balance transfer offer and carries no annual fee and has a typical 12.9% APR. The card also offers a free ID theft helpline and an Internet fraud guarantee. The first 1,000 customers will also receive entry to the PayPal Vault, with the chance to win one of 1,000 specially created prizes to mark the launch of the product.
