UnWired Buyer is a mobile bidding solution that works by placing a phone call to the user in the last 3 minutes of a listing and allows the user to place bids for the item using touch-tone commands.
To qualify for the promotion, users must have a minimum eBay feedback score of 10 or more. Users must register with UnWired Buyer and win an eBay auction using the service within 30 days of signing up. The offer is limited to one rebate per registered eBay account, new users only. Rebates are good for 10% of the final value of the eBay auction (not including shipping or other charges) and are sent to the buyer's PayPal account.
