Online-auction site Bid4Assets is holding its second Special Event in May. The "Florida Real Estate Auctions" special event takes place on Bid4Assets website on May 2-3, 2006, and is devoted to Florida real estate listings. Bid4Assets spokesperson Anu Karnik said the auction site has placed classified ads, sent emails to real estate developers and investors, and will issue a press release in the Florida area to target the more specific group of potential buyers.

Karnik said anyone with quality Florida real estate is welcome to participate in the event. (There are no extra fees involved beyond the regular auction fees, she said.)

"In 2006, Bid4Assets is looking to provide an even more hands-on, partner-centric approach, and our sellers have been extremely motivated to work with us to fulfill their needs," said Karnik.
