eBay announced that Jordan Banks, Managing Director of eBay Canada, has been awarded Canada's "Top 40 Under 40" award for 2005, recognizing him as one of the top young leaders in the Canadian business community. Jordan was one of 40 honorees selected from more than 1,200 nominations from across the country.
Jordan joined eBay in 2000, as the second employee hired in the Toronto office. Since that time, he has run each of eBay Canada's key business units and was responsible for eliminating selling fees for registered Canadian charities on eBay Canada.
