OTWA, a community website for eBay and online sellers, announced that USPS Manager of Package Services Jim Cochrane will host an online session for users on May 16, 2006, at 2:30 pm EST. Cochrane will be available for questions in the OTWA Shipping, Packaging, and Insurance forum (http://www.otwa.com/community/forumdisplay.php?f=119). He will also discuss questions about shipping through the USPS and the new priority boxes.
