eBay Software Company Infopia Appoints New Board Members

Ecommerce-management vendor Infopia announced the appointment of four new board members following a recent round of $8 million in venture capital funding. The company also announced its solutions supports eBay's new Express fixed-price marketplace.
The new board members are Mark Gorenberg, a managing member of the general partnership entities of the Hummer Winblad family of venture funds since 1990; Michael Levinthal, an independent venture capitalist serving the Park City, Utah area with over 20 years of experience with the Mayfield Fund and founder of Mayfield Software Partners and ONSET Ventures; John Moragne, co-founder of Trident Capital and managing director since 1993; and Mark Sunday, SVP and CIO of Oracle and formerly of Siebel Systems andMotorola Semiconductor.
Infopia helps companies optimize product merchandising, manage the shopping experience, and maximize their presence through premier online marketplaces and search engines such as eBay, Amazon, Overstock.com, Shopping.com, Shopzilla, Yahoo and Google. Clients include start-ups, top eBay PowerSellers and multi-billion dollar corporations.
