Overstock.com Auctions will demonstrate its forthcoming Stores offering at an off-site location during the eBay Live conference in Las Vegas next month. Overstock rented an estate near the Mandalay Bay Convention Center where the eBay conference is being held and is inviting eBay Live attendees to visit (http://digbig.com/4hkny). The Overstock.com Auctions Stores feature is expected to beta launch sometime in June.
Innuity Inc. announced on Friday that it will provide Overstock.com Auctions the private label technology that would enable sellers to customize their stores' look and feel and will deliver transaction processing capabilities.
Innuity, headquartered in Redmond, Washington, has a number of strategic relationships with Fortune 500 companies who "private label" Innuity's technology and services and market them under their own brand.
