Franchisee Richard Chemel discusses the business of eBay drop-off stores. Richard explains what it takes to operate a drop-off store, describes a typical day, and talks about the challenges he faces in running his eBay business.

Richard has been selling on eBay since 2001 and offers some advice for would-be drop-off storeowners, including that they should become experienced eBay sellers before undertaking a brick-and-mortar consignment business.
