Reuters reports that Net2Phone filed a lawsuit against eBay Inc.'s Skype Internet telephone unit for infringing a Net2Phone patent (http://digbig.com/4hycm). Skype is also facing a lawsuit from StreamCast Networks Inc., distributor of the peer-to-peer software Morpheus for stealing its technology.
