ChannelAdvisor CEO Scot Wingo shares his thoughts on the significance of the announcements coming out of the keynote addresses, including the vow to enforce eBay's excessive shipping policy.
In general, attendees were positive about the news on chargebacks, negative about the rollback of Stores in Search, and ho-hum on Skype-eBay integration, Wingo said.
Wingo, whose company provides services for eBay and ecommerce sellers, also talked about his new relationship with eBay Giving Works used by sellers to conduct cause marketing and shared his thoughts on the fifth annual conference.
