Vendio CEO Discusses Recent Investment in eBay Service Provider Andale

Vendio announced last week it had acquired a majority stake in its main competitor, Andale. Both companies provide tools and services to eBay and ecommerce sellers. CEO Rodrigo Sales explained to AuctionBytes in a video interview what the acquisition would mean for customers of both companies.
Vendio and Andale will remain separate companies, and there should be no disruption in service, Sales said. By sharing information, the two companies will see better and faster innovation.
