eBay entered into a partnership with Yahoo last month in which Yahoo will become the exclusive third-party provider of graphical ads and sponsored search on eBay.com. Yahoo will also make eBay-owned PayPal the exclusive third-party provider of its online wallet, and the two companies will introduce a co-branded toolbar and explore "click-to-call" functionality (http://www.auctionbytes.com/cab/abn/y06/m05/i25/s03).
As a result of the partnership, Yahoo, which has its own auction platform, had a booth at eBay's annual user conference last week for the first time. AuctionBytes interviewed Todd Daum of Yahoo at the conference to learn more about Yahoo's presence at the show.
