eBay Ireland (eBay.ie) is holding a 5-cent listing promotion from July 29 - July 30. Sellers listing in Auction-style, Auction But-It-Now or Buy It Now Only (Fixed Price) formats in any category, will pay a reduced 5 cents (€0.05 EUR) Insertion Fee. Only listings in Euros on eBay.ie will qualify for the promotion. All other fees apply, see website for details and restrictions.
eBay is also running a television advertisement featuring O2 and eBay.ie. The television advertisement will air beginning July 24. The ad demonstrates how eBay.ie is now available through i-mode phones, enabling shopers to bid, buy or view "My eBay." Over the next month the ad will have a "consistent presence" across Ireland's TV channels (http://pages.ebay.ie/buy/whateveryouwant).
