eBay is running a promotion to generate interest for its new Gallery Plus optional listing upgrade introduced earlier this month. The upgrade, normally 75 cents, will cost sellers 35 cents during a special 1-day offer on eBay.com.
With Gallery Plus, an "enlarge" icon appears next to Gallery photos on search results pages. Buyers can then click the icon, or simply hover over it with their mouse, to see a much larger version of the picture.
The promotion runs for one day, August 29, 2006. All other fees apply, see website for details and restrictions.
