Auctionpay, a provider of fundraising software and service solutions for the nonprofit community, has received $5.5 million in Series B Funding from Seattle-based Maveron LLC and Appian Ventures of Denver. Funding will be used to pursue Auctionpay's sales and marketing objectives, including aggressively growing its client base and market share and furthering the new product roadmap with an emphasis towards online fundraising solutions.

Auctionpay's event fundraising solution includes event management software; an online registration and donation service; payment processing the day of the event; online auctions and auction item procurement services.

Since 2002, Auctionpay has partnered with nearly 4,000 schools and nonprofit organizations across the United States. The company recently announced that it had processed over $400 million in donations for its nonprofit and school clients. Auctionpay is headquartered in Portland, Oregon with satellite offices around the country.
