eBay has added a feature to allow users to sort search results by relevance, called "Best Match." Relevance is based on past buyer behavior, as well as information like the listing title and description. Users have the option of using Best Match, which is found by clicking the drop-down menu next to "Sort by" at the top of the results list. eBay said it is working on another sort option that will let users sort listings by category.
