Infopia and Salesforce.com, an online service for sharing business applications, announced the availability of Infopia's Marketplace Manager solution suite on Salesforce.com's AppExchange. The new Infopia offering gives Salesforce.com customers a complete solution to effectively manage their online sales via their Website and online marketplaces.

By tightly integrating Infopia's Marketplace Manager with Salesforce.com's CRM and on-demand business services, online sellers can now expand their customer relationship management operations. Online sellers can extend their reach to a much greater number of customers beyond the traditional direct sales, call center and website channels to tap into the vast online buyer community, such as eBay.

"Infopia's work with salesforce.com is a remarkable milestone and partnership in online selling," said Bjorn Espenes, CEO of Infopia. "With our integration, we are transforming what has traditionally been a transaction-focused business into a relationship-centric business where the value to both the seller and the buyer can be maximized."

Infopia's ecommerce-management solutions support online marketplaces and search engines such as eBay, Amazon, Overstock.com, Shopping.com, Shopzilla, Yahoo and Google and has a wide range of clients, from start-ups to top eBay PowerSellers to multi-billion dollar corporations.
