Andale, a provider of tools for eBay users, has announced the launch of a discount coupon feature within Andale Checkout. The coupon feature allows eBay sellers to offer discounts to returning customers, thereby stimulating repeat purchases. The coupons, automated for eBay, can be used in any marketplace.
Andale has offered its Checkout product for over 8 years. With the new feature, Andale Checkout will create coupons based upon buyer purchase amounts, making the coupon creation and redemption process completely automated.
Sellers using Andale Checkout can also manually create coupons for specific customers or for unique circumstances. A returning buyer simply enters his or her coupon code to receive the discount. The coupon feature is included at no additional cost to sellers using Andale Checkout.
