PayPal announced it will launch promotional incentive programs valued at up to $100 million targeted at holiday shoppers. PayPal customers will be eligible to receive cash rebate offers up to $20 when paying with PayPal on qualifying merchant websites in North America, including eBay.com. Cash rebate programs will be available to consumers from November 23, 2006, through May 15, 2007.

Consumers will also find free shipping from participating websites when they pay with PayPal. Free shipping promotions will be available beginning November 23, 2006. Qualifying merchants will be promoted on PayPal.com, eBay.com and via other online advertising channels. Online merchants in North America can qualify for this promotion when they offer PayPal Express Checkout.

PayPal Senior Vice President of Marketing and Business Operations Dana Stalder said, "We're offering these incentives to reward our loyal buyers with even more reasons to use PayPal, which in turn, delivers even more shoppers and sales to our merchants this season."
