Digonex Partners with BuySafe for eBay Desktop App

Reading AuctionBytes: Digonex Partners with BuySafe for eBay Desktop App

Digonex Technologies Inc. announced it has partnered with BuySafe for the release of Nabit version 2.1. Nabit is a free desktop application that streamlines eBay information. Users can track and manage their MyeBay watching, bidding, and won/lost lists, as well as place new bids.

With BuySafe functionality in Nabit, a BuySafe logo appears next to the results from BuySafe Bonded Merchants, indicating that the merchant has passed the BuySafe Business Inspection, is continually monitored to ensure that it performs its obligations, and that the transaction is guaranteed with a surety bond up to $25,000.

BuySafe had announced its developer program and Trust API last month (http://www.auctionbytes.com/cab/abn/y06/m10/i31/s02).

Digonex Technologies CEO Jan Eglen said, "If we can help our users buy quality products each time they bid, then they will want to use Nabit and recommend it to their friends. Trust and Safety means distribution and market share to Nabit."

Using Nabit, buyers are able to bid, search for or watch items, and receive outbid notices without opening their Web browser to the eBay site. Pop-up notifications alert buyers when they have been outbid; when they win or lose a auction; when the price changes on an item being watched; and when any auction they are watching is about to expire.
