eBay Australia created a new area designed to make contacting eBay and finding help more accessible. The Customer Service portal includes links to members’ most frequently asked questions, Help search and A- Z topics, PayPal customer support links and links to the various ways of contacting eBay: email, telephone (for PowerSellers), fax, mail and Live Help. The new Customer Service portal also has links to Live Help.
There are also links to the various member to member help areas of the site, eBay's Education Centre and regularly updated Hot Topics and Trust and Safety Tips.
