Online auction site Bid4Assets has appointed Eileen Stout Vice President of Strategic Partners, a newly created management position. Stout comes from Overstock.com Auctions where she had been responsible for third-party service provider relationships, key business partners and major accounts. Prior to that, she was Vice President of Sales for Infopia, a provider of multi-channel online selling solutions.
Stout, based in Denver, Colorado, will spearhead the Bid4Assets' private-sector expansion including major account management, partnership programs and business development. She will report to Bid4Assets President and CEO Jeff Weingrad.
"There is tremendous growth potential for Bid4Assets' specialized, high-value marketplace," said Weingrad. "Eileen's proven track record of delivering results, extensive sales and marketing experience and industry relationships make her the perfect fit for Bid4Assets as we continue to respond to the growing market demands for our niche auction platform."
