eBay posted another message on Tuesday about an intermittent problem with PayPal-related aspects of eBay Checkout. On Monday, users had similar problems that PayPal seemed to have difficulty in identifying. Only some members were affected some of the time when they tried to view account activity. Others were unable to print USPS shipping labels through the site.

The issue is inconveniencing sellers trying to fulfill customer orders. On Monday evening, eBay had pronounced the problems resolved (http://www.auctionbytes.com/cab/abn/y06/m12/i12/s01), but at 10:29 am PT on Tuesday, eBay posted another warning to users on its Announcement Board (http://www2.ebay.com/aw/core/200612121028311.html).

Amazon may also have been a little glitchy on Tuesday, according to some posts on its seller discussion boards (http://www.amazonsellercommunity.com/forums/thread.jspa?threadID=127461). There, a few sellers reported they had received error messages from the Amazon.com site stating, "We experienced a problem retrieving your inventory listings. Please try again in a few minutes."
