Bright Builders has officially released a new eBay listing tool to add to its suite of eBay and ecommerce tools. Bright Lister includes features such as pre-built themes, a listing scheduler for automatic listings, an advanced HTML editor for a custom look and feel, and an image manager. In addition, sellers can choose to automatically re-list an item if it doesn't sell.
