Buyers' IDs are apparently now partially hidden, and sellers are no longer able to add comments when responding to a Best Offer (http://forums.ebay.com/db2/thread.jspa?threadID=1000456678). No announcement about the changes was made to sellers.
And in the glitch department, some sellers report they have been unable to leave feedback for buyers for over a week (http://forums.ebay.com/db2/thread.jspa?threadID=1000450041). Additionally, Turbo Lister 2 users report that the Sales Tax table is disappearing when they list using the eBay tool. AuctionBytes reported a similar problem recently when Turbo Lister 2 sellers reported that shipping preferences were changing from "worldwide" to "US only" when listing items using the tool (http://www.auctionbytes.com/cab/abn/y07/m03/i06/s02).
